Returns and exchanges are handled through Amazon. If you purchased from Amazon, log into your account and start the return process there. Amazon’s return window and policies apply. If you bought elsewhere, contact that retailer directly. Our team can provide sizing advice to help you choose the right fit before ordering, but we cannot process returns from our studio.

Common Projects sneakers are produced in Italian workshops in whole and half sizes only. We do not offer custom sizing, wide widths, or made-to-order colorways. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down for most models — our Italian leather softens and conforms to your foot over the first few wears.
